By booking with Great Transfers Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all journeys arranged through our website, app, or customer service team.

2 . Bookings

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our platform or authorised representatives.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that booking details (pickup, drop-off, date, time, and number of passengers) are correct.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking request.

3 . Payments

  • All fares must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or other approved methods.

  • Additional charges (tolls, parking, waiting time, extra stops) may apply.

4 . Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur charges.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

5 . Airport Pickups

  • Passengers must provide accurate flight details.

  • Our drivers will monitor flights; additional waiting charges may apply if passengers delay after landing.

  • Parking, tolls, and congestion charges are payable by the passenger.

6 . Luggage

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that luggage fits the booked vehicle type.

  • Large or excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle at an extra cost.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.

7 . Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

  • No smoking, illegal substances, or excessive alcohol consumption are permitted in vehicles.

8 . Liability

  • We accept no liability for missed flights, trains, or events due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures).

  • Our liability for service failures is limited to the cost of the journey booked.

9 . Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, breakdowns, or emergencies.

10 . Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the latest effective date.

11 . Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
